Months 1-2: Onboarding and Preparation
The process begins with completing Form 1 for initial due diligence. After successful screening, a Client Agreement (CA) will be provided for review and signature. During this phase, you’ll select a qualifying investment. For those choosing the Regional Center option, Latitude offers guidance to identify centers with proven success in EB-5 projects.An experienced EB-5 immigration attorney will be recommended to assist with legal requirements. The legal team will prepare and submit all necessary forms and supporting documents to comply with USCIS guidelines.
Month 3: Review and Submission
Before submitting your application, it will be thoroughly reviewed to ensure compliance with EB-5 program requirements. Once finalized, the legal team will submit it to USCIS, which will perform its own detailed review of the documentation.
Months 3-27: Petition Processing
USCIS will process your EB-5 Investor Petition. This step can take several months to a couple of years, depending on application volumes
Month 27: Conditional Green Card
Upon approval, forms will be completed for you and your family to receive conditional permanent residency visas, which are filed with USCIS.
Months 30-36: Permanent Residency
USCIS issues your conditional permanent residency visas. These will later transition to unconditional status, making you eligible to apply for U.S. citizenship.
