Month 1
Client onboarding process starts
First, we initiate the process with Form 1, allowing us to conduct the initial due diligence. Upon successful screening, we provide a Client Agreement (CA) for review and signature.Once we receive the signed agreement and retainer payment, our case processing team will complete all necessary government forms and supporting documents.For property investments, you must sign a sales and purchase agreement with the developer. Additionally, we coordinate with the property developer and the Dominica Citizenship by Investment Unit (CBIU) on your behalf.
Months 2-3
Application assessment and submission
Before submitting your documents, we conduct a thorough review to ensure compliance with the CBIU's requirements. Our case processing team then performs final checks before submitting the necessary forms.After submission, the CBIU conducts due diligence on the main applicant and all dependents aged 12 and above. Additionally, applicants aged 16 and over must attend a mandatory interview, which can be completed in person or online.We maintain close coordination with the CBIU to facilitate a smooth and timely application process. Once the CBIU completes its review, we proceed to the next stage.
Months 6-9
Citizenship approval and issuance
The CBIU will evaluate your application. Upon approval, you must complete all required contributions and pay any applicable government fees.Once the final payments are made, the CBIU will issue Certificates of Naturalization.
